This document is a campaign pamphlet from the campaign of Libertarian Party presidential candidate Ed Clark. It contains short examples of the campaign’s positions on issues, such as Clark stating “I advocate the abolition of the Department of Energy.” That position is consistent with the desire of Charles Koch, who had underwritten substantial Libertarian Party activities in the preceding years. His brother, David, was Clark’s running mate and contributed at least $2 million to fund their 1980 presidential ticket.
