2016 Americans for Prosperity Foundation Briefing against Paying the “Prevailing Wage” and Other Worker Protections

This document is a 2016 briefing of the Americans for Prosperity Foundation attacking federal labor protections including rules requiring that contractors be paid the “prevailing wage” and the Davis-Bacon Act. It also opposes “Project Labor Agreements” (PLAs), which allow unions to make rules before workers are hired.

This is part of Charles Koch’s long-standing opposition to federal laws protecting workers in a variety of ways.
