This document is a memo outlining the details of Charles Koch’s 2010 summit for billionaire donors to advance his electoral and policy agenda. The document was originally published by ThinkProgress in an article by Lee Fan titled, “MEMO: Health Insurance, Banking, Oil Industries Met With Koch, Chamber, Glenn Beck To Plot 2010 Election.”

Koch’s program for the donor summit notes that “Past meetings have featured such notable leaders as Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas.” It also mentions other politicians who have attended his meetings, such as Mike Pence, Paul Ryan, and Tom Price.
