In this letter to Charles Koch, Libertarian Party National Director Chris Hocker asks for a contribution to their ballot drive in Michigan in order to qualify for the ballot. 

Hocker states that he believes they can get on the ballot with a successful drives and urges Koch to contact him or Eric O’Keefe with any questions.
