In this correspondence from early in 1980, Libertarian Party funder Charles Koch tells the head of the the Party to send “a balance sheet, income statement with the expense breakdown and, more importantly, that you regularly and frequently prepare new introductory material and position papers.” The National Director, William D. Burt, responds affirmatively and also sends a report from the officers of the Party about their organizing for the presidential campaign (that report is not enclosed).
