In this letter, the co-founder of the Cato Institute, Ed Crane, makes plans to meet with Robert Formaini of the Cato after the election “[a]ssuming that Clark doesn’t win.” Crane was the communications director of Clark’s campaign with his running mate, David Koch. The Cato Institute was co-founded by Charles Koch of Koch Industries.
