This document from the Truth Tobacco Industry Archives at UC San Francisco is the 1992 annual report for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). It is perhaps the earliest known document listing Koch Industries as a member of ALEC, “as of August, 1993,” along with dozens of other corporations that paid ALEC membership dues.
