This document is the strategy book of the New Libertarian Alliance following the 1980 presidential election, where libertarians did relatively poorly despite the resources contributed by David Koch.

In this strategy guide, they include criticisms of the New Libertarian Manifesto by Murray Rothbard, which includes references to the Kochs.
