Federalist Society Annual Reports

The following reports are published by the Federalist Society. Annual reports from 2006 to 2019 are available on the Federalist Society website’s annual report archive.

These reports show that Koch Industries and David Koch provided at least $2.2 million dollars to the Federalist Society from the 2006 – 2019 fiscal years. This is in addition to $5.6 million paid by Koch foundations from 1997-2018 (calendar years).

Combined, total Koch funding to the Federalist Society from 1997-2019 exceeds $7,962,499 and could be well over $8 million.
